2-Year Replacement Warranty

At Ultra Spray, we stand behind the quality of our products. Every purchase is covered by a 2-year replacement warranty against faulty items. This warranty is provided by Ultra Spray, and you can reach us at support@ultraspray.co.

Registering Your Warranty

Complete the registration form below with your purchase details. Registering activates your cover and lets us process any future claim quickly.

What's Covered

• Manufacturing defects and faults in materials or workmanship, for two years from the date of purchase.
• Replacement of the faulty item, subject to inspection.
• Items must be returned to us for assessment before a replacement is issued. We will advise how to return the item when you make a claim.

What's Not Covered

• Wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorised modifications.
• Faults caused by improper use or failure to follow care instructions.
• Products bought from unauthorised retailers.

If You Bought the 10-Year Extended Warranty

If you added the 10-Year Extended Warranty to your order, your cover runs for ten years from the date of purchase instead of two. Everything else works the same way: register below using the same order number, and your extended cover is recorded against it automatically. There's no separate registration to complete.

Extended cover applies to faults in the sprayer body and motor. Batteries, nozzles and normal wear are not included. If you'd like to add it and haven't yet, you can find it on the 10-Year Extended Warranty page.

Making a Claim

Contact our support team at support@ultraspray.co with your proof of purchase, a description of the fault, and any photos or videos. Once we receive the item, we'll assess it and confirm whether a replacement applies. Reasonable return postage for a valid claim is covered by us. We're here to help.

Your Rights Under Australian and New Zealand Law

This warranty is in addition to your rights under consumer law and does not limit them.

Australia: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

New Zealand: Our goods come with guarantees under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 that cannot be excluded. Nothing in this warranty limits your rights under that Act.
